To ensure an environment that promotes an easy way of responding to the changing needs of the members, Board Resolution No. 61 , series of 2008, THE SLEMCOOP LENDING OPERATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES, was adopted on June 14, 2008.
THE SLEMCOOP Loan Portfolio covers a variety of loans that try to be responsive to the needs of the members who are qualified and have the capacity to answer their obligations.
MAIN CLASSIFICATION OF LOANS
1.0 Providential Loan - Loans intended for personal use
2.0 Productive Loan - Loans for Income Generating Projects
3.0 Regular Loan - Loans that are based on the fixed capital of members
4.0 Special Loan - Loans that require special terms and arrangements and do not fall under any of the categories as listed above.
