SLEM COOP Services
As a cooperative strives to shelter most needs in a community financially, additional services have been added to the COOP for added income and increased job opportunity.
Starting with loans and savings, SLEM COOP has been adding different services to compensate the need of such for members. The new SLEM COOP MAIN BUILDING which was constructed late 2007 includes a function room, a dormitory, a fitness gym and a cafeteria, each having its own income generating services.
Early June 2009, a new building was constructed beside the SLEMCOOP Main Building which houses the COOPMART (a grocery store that has it all) on the first floor and the BAYAD CENTER (bills payment center) on the second floor. Soon, you can even charge what you purchased (in COOPMART) on your account.

The coop also has a HOUSING PROJECT which is located at Ibarra, Maasin City known as the SLEMCOOP VILLAGE. Having its very own plaza/village center, fitness gym and security guards, who wouldn't wanna live there?
